Grace & Ease stands behind every tank top we sell. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you are covered by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or a refund. You may try the tank top on and wear it — if it doesn't fit the way you hoped, or you simply don't love it, we will take it back.
We ask that returned items be clean and in reasonable condition, with the original tags kept whenever possible.
How to start a return
Email us at contact@graceease.co with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We reply within 24 business hours and send you the return address and full instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the cost in full and send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue your refund within 3 business days. It goes back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. We email you as soon as the refund is sent.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@graceease.co and include photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to ship the item back.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Email us and we will arrange it. If the size you want is out of stock, we refund you in full instead.
Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not already shipped. Email us as soon as possible and we will confirm.
What we cannot accept
Gift cards, and items clearly marked as final sale on the product page.
