Terms of service

Terms of Service

Welcome to Grace & Ease. These Terms of Service govern your use of graceease.com and any purchase you make through it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this site. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method entered.

Our products

We sell women's apparel, including shaping tank tops with a built-in wire-free bra. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and fit varies from person to person. Product images are illustrative.

Our garments are everyday clothing items. They are not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Any reference to comfort, support or appearance describes the fit and feel of the garment, not a medical outcome. If you have a medical concern, please speak with a healthcare professional.

Prices and availability

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Promotional prices apply only for the period stated. We do our best to keep stock information current, but an item may sell out after you place an order. If that happens, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to cancel any order affected by an obvious error, with a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, an unauthorised payment method, or a breach of these terms. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers. We never store your full card details.

Shipping

Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays or customs.

Returns and refunds

Purchases are covered by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, described in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or copy its content automatically, or to submit false information.

Disclaimer and limits

This site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace & Ease is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of US, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
